    • Experience: Minimum of 3 years of recent childcare experience.

    • References: Outstanding professional childcare references.

    • Commitment: Ability to make a 6-month or 1-year commitment to a family.

    • Education: High school diploma required; a college degree or completed coursework in child development/psychology is a plus.

    • Employment: Must be legally eligible for W2 employment and paid via payroll.
