1. Inquiry: Nannies can show interest in becoming a Ummah Nanny by submitting an online inquiry form on our website. This form will collect basic personal details, previous work experience, skills, educational background, and references. Their profile will also include preferences such as preferred age group of children, work hours, and location.

2. Client Review: Our team will review the application and references. If the applicant meets our preliminary requirements, we will proceed to the next step. To ensure the safety of the children, our agency conducts a thorough background check on each applicant. This includes checking their criminal record, reference checks from previous employers, and verifying their identity.

3. Interview: We interview (either at our office location or virtually) to further assess the candidate's suitability. This will also provide an opportunity to understand the candidate's values and how well they align with our agency.

4. Ummah Nanny Resource Course: Post-interview, qualified candidates will have the opportunity to participate in our Nanny Resource Program. This program is designed to enhance their skills and qualifications to ensure a thorough understanding of their role as a Ummah nanny. This tool will cover all areas pertinent to the role of a nanny, including child safety, first aid, child psychology, and behavior management.

5. Certification: Upon successful completion of our course, the nanny will receive a certificate of completion and our agency will begin referring nannies to clients. Only certified nannies will be referred to families.

6. Contract Signing: Once a family selects a nanny, a contract will be signed between the nanny, the family, and the agency. This will outline the terms of employment, responsibilities, and rights of all parties involved.

7. Support: Our agency also provides ongoing support to nannies after they are hired. We can assist with any concerns or issues they might face with their employers.
